The Piazza Mixed-Use Development in Maltepe, Istanbul is a sprawling 270,000 sqm project that seamlessly integrates retail, office and residential spaces. This ambitious project comprises a shopping mall with an open-air level, an office tower and a residential block, catering to diverse needs and preferences. Our team took on a multifaceted role, overseeing project management, site supervision and coordination across various disciplines including architectural design, MEP coordination, interior design, landscape design, graphic design and branding. Spanning four years from inception to completion, this massive project required critical planning and execution. Notably, our in-house design team played a pivotal role in crafting majority of the mall interiors, ensuring a cohesive and bespoke aesthetic. Through our expertise and dedication, we successfully delivered a vibrant and functional mixed-use development that sets a new benchmark in Istanbul’s urban landscape.
