The extension project was a significant addition to the original mall, which opened in 2012 to massive success. The developer seized the opportunity to acquire adjacent land area and extended the mall with luxury brands, resulting in a stunning new building centered around a majestic circular skylight that floods the atrium with natural light. Our team crafted a perfect connection between the old and new structures, creating an unmistakable sense of luxury that greets visitors from the moment they enter. The extension’s completion in 2017 marked a major milestone, and our work didn’t go unnoticed. The project won the prestigious ‘Europe’s Best Shopping Center Award’ in the Redevelopment & Expansion category from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 2018.
